Authority is granted to issue the Authority to
Exchange and Compliance Certificate in relation to the purchase of
a First Homes property at Plot xx Long Lakes Way, Ferring, by Miss
xx.

This allows the First Homes Applicant’s conveyancer, xx of
GWCA Rustington, to proceed to exchange contracts with the Home
Builder, Redrow, on or before 26 March 2025, in accordance with the
conditions of the First Homes scheme and the Council’s
procedural requirements.
