Authority is granted for Legal Services to
serve notice under Regulation 7 of the Housing (Right of First
Refusal) (England) Regulations 2005, rejecting the offer made by Mr
xxx and Mrs xxx for Arun District Council to repurchase the
property at xx Oak Grove, Bognor Regis.

This decision is made under Constitution Part 7, Section 2,
Paragraph 3.1.1, which delegates authority to act on behalf of the
council in matters relating to the Housing Revenue Account and
associated housing functions.
