Purpose

This report will seek to gain approval to
include a Rural Letting Plan. It seeks to optimise housing
resources prioritising the local community, before being offered to
wider interested applicants utilising our Housing Register.

We will also provide Members with an update regarding the
Allocations Policy implementation plan, to ensure that expectations
are managed effectively.
