Approval is granted for Legal Services to
undertake all necessary legal functions and services in connection
with the sale of xx Collyer Avenue, Bognor Regis, PO21 5xx, to Mr.
xx & Ms. xx. The sale price will be £162,500, which is
subject to the Right to Buy Scheme discount of £87,500 (35%
of the full valuation of £250,000).
