undertake all necessary legal functions and services in connection
with the sale of xx Moraunt Drive, Middleton-On-Sea, Bognor Regis,
PO22 6xx, to Ms. xx & Mr. xx. The sale price will be
£222,600, which is subject to the Right to Buy Scheme
discount of £102,400 (42% of the full valuation of
£325,000).
