To approve the execution of an RX4 form by
Legal Services to remove the pre-emption covenant from the title of
x Maple Gardens, Bognor Regis PO22 9xx. The pre-emption covenant,
which was valid until 25 September 2015, is no longer in effect and
should be formally removed from the title register.
