The First Homes application for Miss xxx has
been approved, and the Authority to Proceed is issued for the
purchase of Plot xx, Sylvan Meadows, Walberton under the First
Homes scheme. The purchase price has been set at £238,000
after a 30% discount on the market value of £340,000, with a
deposit of £21,000, and the remainder covered by a mortgage
from Halifax Bank for £217,000.
