Purpose

The purpose of the report is for the Committee
to consider and recommend its 2025/26 revenue and capital budgets,
which will be submitted to the Policy and Finance Committee on 13
February 2025. The Policy and Finance Committee will consider the
Council’s revenue budget and capital programme for 2025/26 so
that it can make recommendations to a Special Meeting of the
Council on 26 February 2025.
