Content

To issue the Authority to Exchange and
Compliance Certificate for the above First Homes property to:

a) the First Homes Applicant
b) the First Homes Applicant’s conveyancer
c) the Home Builder
d) the Home Builder’s conveyancer
e) the mortgage advisor (if applicable)

This allows exchange of contracts to proceed on or before
09.06.2025 and confirms compliance with the national and local
eligibility criteria as required under the Section 106 agreement
relating to planning ref: BE/1/23/RES.
