Approval is given to directly award a 4-year
lift maintenance contract (with optional 1+1 year extensions) to
Apex Lifts and Escalators via the Fusion 21 Framework, for an
estimated total value of £140,000 over four years (or
£210,000 if extended to six years). Legal Services is
authorised to finalise and seal the contract
documentation.
