Authority is given to instruct Legal Services
to act on behalf of the Housing Repairs service to award a contract
to BSW Heating for the delivery of domestic gas servicing,
breakdowns, replacements and repairs across the Council’s
housing stock. The contract will be for a total of five years,
structured as a 3+1+1 year arrangement to allow flexibility in line
with future devolution timelines. The contract award will follow
full compliance with Arun District Council’s procurement
regulations and any associated statutory requirements.
