The First Homes application of xxx and xxx for
the purchase of Plot xxx, Sylvan Meadows, Walberton, Arundel BN18
0xx, has been approved under the conditions set out in the Arun
District Council First Homes agreement. The First Homes purchase
price is £238,000 with a 30% discount from the market value
of £340,000. The applicant meets both the national and local
eligibility criteria.
