Approval is granted for the First Homes
application of xxx and xxx, subject to the terms outlined in the
Arun District Council First Homes agreement. The application meets
both national and local eligibility criteria for the First Homes
scheme. The purchase of Plot xx, xx Long Lakes Way, Ferring,
Worthing, BN12 6xx, at a discounted price of £148,750 has
been confirmed.
