Approval is granted for eviction proceedings
to be initiated against Miss x due to continued non-payment of
arrears despite the suspended possession order granted on
17/05/2024. The tenant has not made any substantial effort to
resolve her arrears, and there has been no communication or update
provided following the advice offered by Officer x on
09/10/2024.
