To approve the First Homes application for xxx
and xxx to purchase the property at Plot xxx Sylvan Meadows, x
Raspberry Close, Walberton, Arundel BN18 0xx, under the Arun
District Council First Homes agreement, subject to the conditions
outlined in the First Homes planning agreement ref: WA/86/22/RES.
This includes the agreed discount of 30% on the market value of
£340,000, resulting in a purchase price of
£238,000.
