To grant consent for Scottish and Southern
Electricity Networks to install a new underground low voltage cable
on land owned by Arun District Council (title number WSX316646) to
reinforce the network and provide an electric supply to the
customer. This consent will be provided in the form of a wayleave
agreement, which will be sent out digitally via Adobe Sign for
review and signature.

Reasons for the decision

The installation of the new underground cable
is necessary to reinforce the electrical network to provide a
reliable supply to the customer. The wayleave agreement is required
for the works to proceed on council-owned land.
