The decision has been made to proceed with a
Notice of Seeking Possession under Section 83 of the Housing Act
1985 due to the ongoing issues concerning the condition of the
tenant's property. Following multiple visits and referrals to the
Tenancy Sustainment Officer with minimal progress made, it is
deemed necessary to seek possession of the property under Ground 3
of Schedule 2 of the Housing Act 1985.
