Authority is granted for Arun District Council
to proceed with the First Homes application for the property at
Plot xxx Sylvan Meadows, x Raspberry Close, Walberton, Arundel BN18
0xx, to Mr. xxxand Miss xxx, subject to the eligibility criteria
outlined in the Arun District Council First Homes planning
agreement and Unilateral Undertaking for Land west of Tye Lane,
Walberton, and compliance with the necessary requirements under the
Planning Permission WA/68/20/OUT and WA/86/22/RES.
