Authority is granted for Legal Services to
execute a DS1 form to remove the expired discount covenant from the
title for the property at x Kingsmill Road, Barnham, Bognor Regis,
PO22 0xx. Additionally, authority is given to proceed with the
removal of the right of first refusal restriction as outlined under
the Housing (Right of First Refusal) (England) Regulations 2005,
due to the defective notice process and the property having already
been sold.
