Authority is granted to proceed with the sale
of the First Homes property at Plot xx, xx Long Lakes Way, Ferring,
Worthing BN12 6xx to First Homes applicant xxx, subject to the
terms outlined in the First Homes agreement and eligibility
approval. The sale follows the criteria set out in the Arun
District Council First Homes agreement and the Unilateral
Undertaking with Redrow Homes. The First Homes applicant is
eligible under both national and local criteria as
outlined.
