Arun District Council has approved the First
Homes application for Mr. xx and Miss xx, subject to the Arun
District Council First Homes agreement, Planning Permission
WA/68/20/OUT and WA/86/22/RES, and the Unilateral Undertaking under
S106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. This approval
confirms that they meet the eligibility criteria for the First
Homes scheme.
