Authority is granted to appoint Steele Raymond
to provide legal services for the acquisition of Off-the-Shelf
properties at Langmead Place, Angmering, owned by Cala Homes, as
part of the LAHF3 programme. The estimated cost for these legal
services is £2,750 + VAT, as outlined in the attached
estimate and confirmed in the email from the Legal department,
which agrees with this arrangement due to a lack of capacity within
the internal legal team to act for the Council on this
acquisition.
