Arun District Council has issued a Notice to
Quit to the personal representative of xx for the property located
at xx Joyce Close, Wick, Littlehampton, BN17 7xx. The notice
requires the property to be delivered up and possession granted by
Monday 10 February 2025, or on the day a complete period of the
tenancy expires after four weeks from the service of this
Notice.
