To authorise legal proceedings, including
enforcement proceedings, for the issuance of an Injunction Order
that will allow the Council, its servants, or agents to enter the
property at xx Steyne Street, Bognor Regis, PO21 1xx for the
purpose of ensuring compliance with the Gas Installations and Use
Regulations 1998. This authorisation is granted under the Group
Head of Residential Services delegated authority as outlined in the
Council's Constitution, Part 4, Section 3.
