Approval is granted to waive Standing Orders
and appoint Faithorn Farrell Timms (FFT) to undertake:

• A detailed structural survey of Flaxmean at a cost of
£9,450 + VAT.
• The preparation of architectural and cost plans for the
refurbishment/remodelling of Flaxmean at a cost of £9,750 +
VAT.

The waiver is justified as an extension of an existing contract,
allowing FFT to continue their advisory role on the Flaxmean
estate, having been involved since 2020.
