Approval granted for Arun District Council to
execute a Deed of Surrender to terminate the 10-year lease granted
to Angmering Parish Council for public open space at Lloyd Goring
Close Allotment Gardens.

The Council will recover reasonable costs and disbursements up to a
maximum of £500 (no VAT payable) in relation to the
surrender.
