Approval of the appointment of Welling LLP to
undertake the snagging exercise and related services as per the
proposal outlined in the email from Rocco Russo, Partner at Welling
LLP, dated 9 July 2024. The fee for these services is confirmed as
£2,222.92 plus VAT (inclusive of travel and disbursement
costs). Payment terms: 80% of the fee to be paid once the units are
handed over, and 20% upon completion of the final inspection after
the 3-month defects period.
