Approval granted for the appointment of
Welling as Employer’s Agent for the proposed purchase of four
houses at Hampton Park, Wick, Littlehampton.

The scope of Welling’s appointment includes:

• Site visits for snagging and handover
• Ensuring all guarantees and certificates are provided
• Conducting a three-month End of Defects (EOD)
inspection
In compliance with Standing Orders, three fee quotes were
obtained:

• Welling Partnership: £2,222.94 + VAT (lowest fee
– selected)
• FFT (fee attached for reference)
• Philip Pank (fee attached for reference)
• All fee quotes are attached for review.
