To authorise legal proceedings, including
enforcement proceedings, for an Injunction Order against Mr. xx to
allow Arun District Council, its servants, or agents to enter the
property at xx Larch Close, Bognor Regis, PO22 9XX for the purpose
of complying with the Gas Installations and Use Regulations
1998.

I authorise Legal Services to bring legal proceedings, including
enforcement proceedings, and to draft the necessary applications
and orders for the Court.
