The decision to approve the First Homes
application for xxx & Mr. xxx has been made, subject to the
conditions of the Arun District Council First Homes agreement made
under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (S106
Agreement) dated 24.05.2022, relating to AL/113.21.OUT. The
approval grants the First Homes Applicant(s) eligibility to
purchase Plot 14, 28 Farrenden Way, Eastergate, Chichester PO20 3RX
at the agreed First Homes discount price of
£227,500.
