Authority to Exchange and Compliance
Certificate issued to the following parties in relation to the
purchase of Plot xxx, Nursery Fields under the First Homes
programme:

• First Homes Applicants: xxx
• First Homes Applicants’ Conveyancer: Annari Holmes,
Herrington Carmichael
• Home Builder: Barratt Homes
• Home Builder’s Conveyancer
• Mortgage Advisor (if applicable)

This Authority permits exchange of contracts on or before 24 June
2025, subject to compliance with the terms of the Solicitor’s
Undertaking and the First Homes eligibility approval.

Reasons for the decision

The First Homes Applicants have provided all
required documentation and an acceptable Solicitor’s
Undertaking has been received. The eligibility assessment has been
completed, and the proposed purchase complies with the criteria and
procedural requirements of the First Homes programme.

Alternative options considered

No alternative options considered –
issuance of the Authority to Exchange is a necessary procedural
step following confirmation of eligibility and receipt of
solicitor's undertaking.
