programme:

• Home Builder: Barratt Homes
• Home Builder’s Conveyancer
• Mortgage Advisor (if applicable)

This Authority permits exchange of contracts on or before 21 June
2025, subject to compliance with the terms of the Solicitor’s
Undertaking and the First Homes eligibility approval.

Reasons for the decision

All necessary documentation has been provided,
including the Solicitor’s Undertaking. The applicant has been
assessed as eligible under the First Homes criteria, and the
proposed transaction complies with Arun District Council’s
procedural requirements.
