Approval granted for Legal Services to serve
notice under Regulation 7 of the Housing (Right of First Refusal)
(England) Regulations 2005, rejecting the offer for Arun District
Council to repurchase the leasehold property at x Mill Park Road,
Bognor Regis, PO21 xxx from xxx.

Reasons for the decision

The Council has no operational requirement or
strategic interest in reacquiring the property. Purchase would not
represent best value or align with current housing acquisition
priorities under the Housing Revenue Account.
