Approval granted to issue the Authority to
Exchange and Compliance Certificate to:
a) the First Homes Applicant(s),
b) their conveyancer,
c) the Home Builder (Barratt Homes),
d) the Home Builder’s conveyancer, and
e) the proposed First Homes Owner(s)’ mortgage advisor (if
applicable).

This enables the First Homes Applicant(s) xxx and xxx to proceed to
exchange of contracts for the property at Plot xxx, Nursery Fields,
in accordance with the national and local eligibility criteria and
Section 106 agreement under planning reference BE/1/23/RES

Reasons for the decision

local eligibility criteria of the First Homes programme and have
provided all required documentation and declarations. The property
is being sold in compliance with the Section 106 planning
