To issue the Authority to Exchange and
Compliance Certificate to:

• The First Homes Applicants xxx & xxx
• Their conveyancer, Annari Holmes, Herrington
Carmichael
• Barratt Homes (Home Builder) and their conveyancer
• The applicants’ mortgage advisor (if applicable)

This authorises exchange of contracts to proceed on or before 18
June 2025, for the purchase of Plot xxx, Nursery Fields, Bognor
Regis at the discounted purchase price of £250,000 under the
First Homes scheme.

Reasons for the decision

The First Homes Applicant(s) have satisfied
both the national and local eligibility criteria for the First
Homes scheme, as per the Section 106 agreement for planning
reference BE/1/23/RES. All necessary declarations and confirmations
have been received, and the proposed purchase complies with the
discount and conditions outlined in the agreement.

Alternative options considered

No alternative options were considered. The
issuing of the Authority to Exchange and Compliance Certificate is
a required step under the First Homes scheme when eligibility has
been confirmed and legal undertakings are in place.
