Approval granted for the issuance of the
Authority to Exchange and Compliance Certificate to the First Homes
Applicant, Miss xxx her conveyancer, the home builder David Wilson
Homes, and other relevant parties, in line with the First Homes
requirements as set out in the Section 106 Agreement and
national/local eligibility criteria.

Reasons for the decision

The First Homes Applicant has met the national
and local eligibility criteria and has provided all necessary
documentation, declarations, and undertakings. The application
complies with the Section 106 Agreement dated 28.07.2022 and
planning reference WA/86/22/RES. The certificate allows the
applicant to exchange contracts and proceed with the discounted
purchase at 70% of the market value.
