To issue an Authority to Exchange and
Compliance Certificate in respect of the proposed purchase of Plot
xxx, Nursery Fields, by xxx under the First Homes Scheme.

Reasons for the decision

The First Homes Applicant, xxx, has satisfied
both the national and local eligibility criteria as required under
the terms of the Section 106 agreement ref: BE/1/23/RES. Arun
District Council has received a Solicitor’s Undertaking and
the necessary supporting documentation. The purchase is proceeding
at the appropriate discounted value of £250,000, reflecting a
38% discount on the market value of £403,225.
