Purpose

This report seeks agreement that the Planning
Policy Committee recommend to Full Council that the pause to the
Local Plan update is lifted and preparatory work resumes including
on the draft Vision and Objective and future evidence preparation
with a schedule of projects to be completed in house and projects
for outsourcing.
