Avisford Grange, Walberton, for Arun District Council. Legal
services have been instructed to carry out all necessary legal work
including title review, contract negotiation, exchange, completion,
and registration. The estimated legal costs are £2,000 plus
VAT, with disbursements including searches, Land Registry fees, and
bank transfer charges.
