To authorise Legal Services to undertake all
necessary legal functions and services in connection with the sale
of xx Priory Road under the Right to Buy Scheme to Ms xxx for the
sum of £262,600, reflecting a 35% discount (capped at
£102,400) from the full market valuation of
£365,000.
Reasons for the decision
The tenant has applied to purchase the
property under the statutory Right to Buy scheme. The application
meets all eligibility criteria, and the valuation and discount have
been calculated in accordance with legislative requirements. The
Council is obliged to proceed with the sale under the terms of the
