To approve and enter into an Information
Sharing Agreement with Ecosafe Heating Ltd T/A Ecosafe Group for
the lawful and secure sharing of personal data necessary to
facilitate repairs and maintenance works on behalf of Arun District
Council.

Reasons for the decision

The agreement ensures that both parties comply
with data protection legislation (including the Data Protection Act
2018 and UK GDPR) when sharing tenant contact information. It
establishes clear responsibilities, lawful bases for processing,
and safeguards for the secure handling of personal data, enabling
Ecosafe to carry out contracted works effectively and in compliance
with legal obligations.
