To authorise court proceedings for possession
of Council land known as Entrance of Arcade Chambers, High St,
Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

Reasons for the decision

XXX & XXX have been in unauthorised
occupation at the Entrance of Arcade Chambers, High St, Bognor
Regis, West Sussex for the past week and have not engaged with
Council services after repeated attempts. XXX & XXX have been
served notice to leave but has not complied. Court action is
therefore required to remove XXX & XXX and their belongings
from the area as they have no consent or licence to be
there.
