Approval granted to write off the following
arrears balances, which relate to succession cases as the account
holders are now deceased:
xx Collyer Avenue – £454.00
xx Collyer Avenue – £320.65
xx Corbishley Road – £53.20
xx Tamarisk Close – £528.07 (credit balance)
These write-offs fall within the delegated authority of the Group
Head of Housing, Wellbeing & Community Safety.
Reasons for the decision

deceased tenants.
The decision ensures accurate financial records and reflects a
