Approval granted to issue the Authority to
Exchange and Compliance Certificate for the purchase of Plot xxx,
Nursery Fields (xx Dahlia Grove, Bognor Regis, PO21 xxx) under the
First Homes programme.
The certificate confirms that the applicants, xxx and xxx, meet
both national and local eligibility criteria and are approved to
proceed with the purchase at the discounted price of £250,000
(39.75% discount on market value of £414,937).

Legal exchange of contracts is authorised to take place on or
before 02 September 2025, with completion expected within 28 days
thereafter.

Reasons for the decision

The applicants have satisfied all eligibility
requirements under the First Homes scheme, including income
thresholds, first-time buyer status, and local connection
criteria.

The issuance of the certificate enables the applicants to proceed
with the purchase in accordance with planning obligations under
