Approval granted to issue the Authority to
Exchange and Compliance Certificate for the purchase of Plot xxx,
Nursery Fields (xx Dahlia Grove, Bognor Regis, PO21 xxx) under the
First Homes programme.
The certificate confirms that the applicant, xxx, meets both
national and local eligibility criteria and is approved to proceed
with the purchase at the discounted price of £250,000 (41.0%
discount on market value of £423,728).

Legal exchange of contracts is authorised to take place on or
before 14 August 2025, with completion expected within 28 days
thereafter.
