Authorise Legal Services to enter into a
licence and execute all documentation required to complete it, of
land at East Green Car Park and adjacent land as shown edged red on
the attached plan.

The Licence will be to Littlehampton Bonfire Society Ltd for the
purposes of a traditional bonfire and ancillary activities
associated with such, for the following periods:

Set up days: 21 October 2025 to 24 October 2025
Event Day: 25 October 2025
Clear up days: 26 October 2025 to 4 November 2025

The termination clause in the licence offers flexibility for the
licence to come to an end before the long stop date of 30 November
2025.

The consideration for the licence will be £0 with a security
deposit of £2,500 to be held and returned to the Licensor
upon satisfactory compliance with all Licence terms and the
schedule of condition.
