That the application be approved conditionally subject to a
S106.

Reasons for the decision

On 6th August 2025, Planning Committee
delegated authority to the Group Head of Planning, in consultation
with the Chairman or Vice Chairman, authority to:

Grant permission subject to the conditions and informatives as set
out in the report and subject to the satisfactory completion of a
section 106 Agreement to secure financial contribution for Pagham
Harbour, with any minor amendments authorised by the Group Head of
Planning.

Alternative options considered

None. Able to act in accordance with the
delegation granted so no alternatives necessary.
