To authorise release of the decision notice
following the signing of the legal agreement and agreement of the
Environmental Health Officer to revise condition 7 (CEMP) as per
the Committee Resolution of the 06/08/25 Meeting (and following
agreement from the Chair or Vice Chair).

Reasons for the decision

Required to enable issuing the Permission in
accordance with the resolution of the Committee. Agreement has been
received from both the Chair and Vice Chair of the Planning
Committee.
