This decision is in accordance with our
disposal policy, as documented within ADC Asset Management
Strategy.
The new letting will produce an income stream to the Council
bringing with it a new tenant into our void unit which has been
actively marketed by SHW and the Council since February with
limited interest.
It is our recommendation we proceed with Andy Gorman/ Top Form
Coaching who is offering a 4 year lease and is willing to pay a
£750 bond upfront which will go towards any abortive
professional fees should he pull out of the letting.
