To authorise Legal Services to entering a new
lease and execute all documentation to complete it, of 10 Years for
Norfolk Gardens Cafe to Edge by the sea for the intended use of
Cafe

The initial rent is to be £16,000 pa. The lease will be
excluded from the security of tenure provisions of SS24 to 28 of
the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Follows marketing exercise.
